Announcing Updated Program Priorities
The Sephardic Foundation on Aging is proud to announce its updated funding priorities. Guided by the opportunities and challenges we experienced as a community nursing home, these priorities focus our grantmaking efforts while ensuring we make an influential impact on the lives of Jewish older people around the world.
Our Program Priorities
Ensure survivors receive the social, financial, and mental health support they need to live out their lives with dignity. Learn more here.
Reduce loneliness and improve cognitive and physical wellbeing for older people through hands-on, interactive learning and programs that provide essential services while maintaining community connections. Learn more here.
Support and build empathy for people with dementia and their caretakers, and advance programs that encourage wellbeing and connections to their community. Learn more here.
Expand high-quality care by funding construction, renovations, and major equipment purchases of nursing facilities. Learn more here.
Help provide opportunities for older and younger people to build meaningful relationships and learn from each other. Learn more here.
We’re hopeful that these new priority areas will advance us closer to our vision of a world in which everyone has access to the care and support they need to thrive as they get older.
